Wentworth Falls Lake

The artificially made Wentworth Falls lake is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the region. Here, you can tuck into a picnic in the designated area, swim safely in the cooling waters, and let the kids run free on the on-site playground. There is plenty of wildlife to be spotted here, too, including native duck species and other colourful birds.

• Charles Darwin Walk

  Fancy a hike? The Charles Darwin Walk offers the best scenery from around Wentworth Falls. To the south of the village you can wander along Falls Road where you can then start on the designated walk. It takes you through the lush greenery that surrounds the Falls and opens up onto spectacular views across the Blue Mountains.

• Wentworth Pass

  Starting from Wentworth Falls picnic area, the Wentworth pass is a challenging walking track. Exploring the upper section of Valley of the Waters in Jamison Valley, visitors can truly appreciate the magic within the area. Taking in scenic waterfalls and valley views while travelling through the dense rainforest land.

• National Pass

  This walking track is chipped into the side of the cliff, guaranteeing a spectacular view of the region. Perfect for anyone who isn’t tricky around heights! unrivalled views of the many natural wonders of the World Heritage-listed Blue Mountains National Park.

• Jamison Lookout

  A short walk away from the central car park, Jamison Lookout can be accessed by any kind of traveller. Letting guests walk along the footpath beside the Sir H Burrell Drive loop and showcasing the spectacular views of the Jamison Valley. Stretching out across the lush rainforest, Mount Solitary, and beyond.

• Fletchers Lookout

  Fletcher’s Lookout features an up-close and personal view of one of the region’s most picturesque cascades. Nestled north of the Wentworth Falls, guests can enjoy the top view of the waterfall pouring down, as well as the green panoramic views of the Jamison Valley.

• Rocket Point Lookout

  Rocket Point displays remarkable views of the high clifftop. Showcasing both the impressive rock formations of the region and the huge expanse of rainforest.

• Princes Rock Lookout

  Princes Rock is undoubtedly the most sought-after lookout point. As it is the best vantage point to see the entire waterfalls in full. There are two routes to travel along; With an easier one-kilometre route via the Princes Rock walking track starting from Sir H Burrell Drive. Otherwise, visitors can make their way over the cliff-Undercliff circuit walking the track.
